I have never been one to profess that I understand the human mind and believe that to the best part it is a case of each to their own. We all have our own way of dealing with things and if it helps and causes no harm to others or yourself then all is good.
Sometimes thoughtful, sometimes moody, sometimes funny but always honest the highs and lows of life with me Kayla a mum, business woman and full time wheelchair user. Life may not always be easy but it helps when you know other people are feeling the same way too. I like to tell a joke or 2 or talk about things I think may help others sometimes. I love a good rant or a giggle but I promise Ill always be me :)

Moving Forward
It would seem that in this house Monday this week was all about addressing mental health issues
there are times that every one feels a little down and fed up, but when that feeling goes from days to weeks to months and then years you have to admit to yourself that no matter how much you wear that mask of happiness and cheer you need HELP !

a cold verses man flu .....
After a night of virtually no sleep thanks to a blasted cold and a pesky earache keeping me awake (and my inability to do anything quietly kept the puppy awake too) I am in debate as to whether or not I have a cold or man flu ... I have often wondered what the difference was?
